Digital products

Due to the nature of our digital products – we do not provide returns, refunds or exchanges.

However, if there is a quality issue we will correct the issue and resend in digital format.

Printed products

At this time we are only providing digital products.

We strive for 100% customer happiness. If you’re not satisfied with your product, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, issue with the product and photo of, if applicable. We’ll handle each request on a case by case basis.  Our ultimate goal is for you to be delighted with your product!


Shipping costs will be covered (by Live Party Love, LLC) for printed products that have quality issue and need to be resent.  Standard shipping only, customers can opt to pay for their own expedited shipping. See our full shipping policy here.
